Review: Too Faced Natural Radiance Face Palette

I absolutely love make up palettes! There's just something about them that draws me towards them. The 'Too Faced Natural Radiance Face Palette' is a recent purchase that I made and it is already on my top favourites! However prior to purchasing this palette, I never really heard too much about it, so I was a bit clueless with what to expect. But I can definitely say that I was not disappointed with this palette. So, here is a quick review on it!

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

According to the Too Face site, the palette contains all the necessities to create a flawless and natural look all in one compact. The palette includes a bronzer, blushes, concealer, luminizer and brightener.

PACKAGING:

The design is rather cute and girly, which is definitely a signature look with Too Faced products. I also love the sizes for each of the quads because they not only save space, but they're an appropriate size in terms of how you'd apply them. For example, when applying a bronzer you'd need to use a rather large brush, therefore the quad is a lot bigger compared to the rest. Whereas the concealers and such can be applied with your fingers, so it's unnecessary for the quads to be that big. The size of the palette is also a convenient size to take for travelling and such. Maybe that's why I'm in love with palettes, because they're so handy!

Another thing I also love about the palette is that it comes with three facial cards that gives you a guide to some of the looks you can create.

APPLICATION:

Since it is a natural face palette, the colours are not extremely pigmented. However, they are buildable, which is a plus. Below is a swatch on each component.

So as you can see, the colours aren't the most vibrant out there. But as I said before, the colours are buildable so you can always deepen the colours to your desire. In addition, the texture of the components are also very smooth and glide easily onto the skin.

Here's a look I decided to throw in together using the palette. As you can tell, the colours are quite subtle and barely noticeable. This may be because of the quality of the camera too (don't worry, I'm investing on a new one soon). However even when looking at it in real life, the colours are still really subtle, but it does make that small different towards your face.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

The colours are definitely not the most pigmented out there. However it is a natural face palette, so it definitely lives up to it's own name. Despite this, the subtleness of the colours are quite breathtaking and when applied to the face, it adds that instant glow to it. Not only this, but it's easy to apply with the smooth texture and is a perfect size for travelling. So if you're looking to create a natural look but don't want to spend that much money on buying individual products, then this is definitely the product for you! It's got all the essentials you need to create the perfect natural look and you can take it anywhere you go!
